Service
Our Nanny Introduction Service provides the following reassurances:
The same service is provided for long term, permanent placements of Mother’s
Helps and Housekeepers.
Introduction of Temporary Staff e.g. Cover help, Babysitters, Other Temp
Nannies/Mother’s Helps/Housekeepers
Any temporary candidates placed with your family, i.e. cover help, babysitters and
other temps will be vetted – expected to provide work experience history, relevant
references, a copy of their CRB certificate and a valid First Aid Certificate.
Doula or Maternity Nurse Introduction Service
All Doulas/Maternity Nurses will be fully vetted - they are expected to provide a full c.
v., relevant references, a copy of their CRB certificate and a valid First Aid certificate.

AGENCY FEES
Permanent Staff
Full Time - More than 3 Days - £700 placement fee
Part Time - 0 to 3 Days - £500 placement fee
Term Time Wraparound Care (B4/After School) - £250 placement fee
Temporary Staff
Temporary Staff fee - 20% of net wage - minimum 1 calendar week booking
If Cupcakes is required to provide payroll services for temporary staff, there will be a
an administration charge of £10 per week for this service.
Doula or Maternity Nurse Introduction
£200 placement fee
Babysitting Service
£20 supply of Baby sitter for individual sitting
£150 annual babysitting service fee (pro-rata if requested)
Babysitter's fee £7 per hour until midnight, £8 per hour thereafter
48 hours notice required of babysitting requirement

Service
Our Nanny Introduction Service provides the following reassurances:
- All nannies are fully vetted – they are expected to a full c.v., provide relevant
references, a copy of their CRB certificate that is less than 12 months old and a
valid First Aid certificate. If the nanny does not have a recent CRB certificate, we
will arrange for them to obtain an enhanced CRB disclosure. - We can advise you on pay levels and employer obligations.
- Once you have offered a nanny employment and an acceptance has been
given, we can assist you by drawing up a contract of employment which will set
out the terms upon which the nanny is employed. - We offer a free relationship management service during the first 6 weeks of
employment to help both family and nanny settle in and keep communication
open and flowing.
